SATISFACTION GUARANTEE - We
stand behind everything we sell. If
for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the
new and unused item in the original box within 30 days with proof of
purchase and we will replace it, give you a refund or credit your account.

SHIPPING POLICY -
All orders received before 10am PST will be shipped the same day. Orders received after 10am PST will be shipped the next business day. Orders received after 10am PST on Thursday, on Friday, on Saturday or on Sunday will be shipped on the following Monday. Items will be shipped UPS-Ground or US Mail.
Next Day, 2-Day or 3-Day are available for an additional charge. Please see shipping options.
CARD ORDERS - Major
credit cards may be used for payment at the time the order is placed. We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
Please have you credit card number, expiration date, and card holder
ORDERS - All
C.O.D. orders require a $50.00 minimum merchandise order and will be sent on
a “Money Order” basis ( meaning you must have the exact amount available
in money order, certified or cashier check - personal or business checks are
not accepted for C.O.D. orders). A
$10.00 C.O.D. administrative fee will be added to all C.O.D. orders.
On large C.O.D. orders, a deposit is required. The deposit may be mailed in or charged to your credit card.
If you refuse a C.O.D. order, you will be responsible for the
shipping charges on your next order and you will be put on prepaid terms.
24 Hour, 48 Hour, 72 Hour Shipments Are Not Available for C.O.D.
CHECKS - We
must receive payment in full before we process your order.
While we attempt to bank-approve personal checks (imprinted with
name, address and phone number) for immediate shipment, this may not always
be possible and we may hold your order for 15 business days.
For your safety, we screen all checks through a national check
authorization service to verify authenticity of the payment.
DO NOT SEND CASH!
CHECKS - Returned
checks are subject to a $25.00 service charge or the maximum allowed by law.
In the event your account requires legal action or collection agency,
the service charge will be added to your account balance and collected.
CHANGES - We
make every effort to be as accurate as possible, however typographical
and/or photographic errors can and do occur.
Please understand that we reserve the right to make changes to
catalog copy and pricing.
ORDERS - Occasionally
some items are unavailable and may be back ordered (this requires a separate
shipment. Should you still
require the item(s), we insist the order be prepaid.
We do not back order items on C.O.D. orders.
All back orders will be shipped UPS Ground Shipping when items are
available unless other arrangements are made by the customer.
NOTE: Certain sale merchandise, products with uncertain availability,
items priced under $25.00 and discontinued items may not be back ordered.
DAMAGE - If
you receive parts that were damaged in shipping, call Charj Sports Customer
Service at 209-858-4045. Don’t
forget to save your box!
AND MIS-SHIPS - If
we have made a mistake on your order, we will work with you to best resolve
any problems created. Please
notify us regarding any
mistakes with you order! We
want to hear about problems ASAP in order to serve you better and maintain
an accurate inventory. We will
pay for all shipping charges (Ground) for mis-ships by reimbursing you for
actual shipping charges.

When you receive your order, please inspect all merchandise for any
defects or poor workmanship. If
you are not satisfied with your purchase, we ask that you return it in new
and unused condition and in the original box, within 30 days of receipt for
replacement or refund, less the original postage and handling.
If you choose to exchange item(s) you must pay shipping and handling.
No returns will be accepted for installed items, or custom parts.
All items will be inspected before any final decisions are made on
credits. The returns department
retains full discretion on granting full or partial refunds, exchanges or
in-store credits. All returns
must be packaged carefully and shipped via insured US Mail or UPS Ground
with freight prepaid. DO NOT
SEND RETURNS BACK TO US C.O.D. It
is our goal to process all returns within 24 hours or 1 business day upon
PROCEDURES - We
issue credits for accepted claims. If
you paid with a credit card, your refund will be issued against the same
card. If you paid by any other
method, your refund will be with a company check mailed to your billing
address within 2 business days after we have been assured of proper credit
for your check.
OF WARRANTIES/REMEDIES - The manufacturer of merchandise purchased from Charj Sports makes NO
EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES of any kind concerning the merchandise it
sells, including the warranties of MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A
PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Charj
Sports shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages that
you may have suffered as a result of the purchase and/or use of merchandise
sold by Charj Sports. Your
exclusive remedy with respect to Charj Sports is replacement, refund or a
credit as provided herein.
